Booking & Payment

A valid credit card is required to reserve your appointment.

Your card will be charged in full at the time of booking.

Your card may be securely saved for future visits.

By providing your payment information, you authorize Tuft NYC to charge your card in accordance with this policy.

Cancellations

 

Appointments canceled more than 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations must be made by phone or through your client portal. We do not accept cancellations via email, text message, or social media.

Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time are non-refundable.

Running Late

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened, rescheduled, or canceled.

In these cases, the appointment will be treated as a late cancellation and is non-refundable.

Missed Appointments

Missed appointments without notice will be charged in full and are non-refundable.

By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this Cancellation Policy and Boulevard’s Terms of Service.

Tuft NYC reserves the right to refuse service or require prepayment for future bookings in cases of repeated cancellations or missed appointments.
